Why the big feelings, alex?
When I was exiting my company after over a decade of building a global business, I found myself being incredibly frustrated at the ridiculous requests of lawyers for random pieces of paper that didn't matter, from my point of view.
So one night I registered this URL, vowing to give other founders the tools to not get caught in this insanity. After completing the acquisition (and heeding the advice of my brilliant wife) I cooled off, and created a more positive place for founders to get the resources they need to build the company they should while building the product they love.
